Is CrossFit suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! CrossFit can be adapted to any fitness level. Our experienced coaches will help you perform exercises according to your abilities and safely increase your progress.
How big are the classes?
To ensure a high quality of training, we limit our classes to a maximum of 12 participants. This allows our trainers to offer individual support.
What should newbies consider?
We recommend that you attend the Basic class for the first time. In these classes we give an impression of what CrossFit is, how the classes are structured and you learn movement sequences. We will also let you know what changes to expect from the training. Each exercise can be adapted to your level.

Is there an OpenGym area?
We have reserved a special area for you for OpenGym, where all movements and workouts can be done on your own.
What results can I expect?
CrossFit training can lead to improved endurance, strength, flexibility and body composition. Your progress depends on your commitment. We support and motivate you at all times.
How is the infrastructure (parking & showers)?
We have plenty of parking spaces available for you. We can park in the CNP and Metallbau car parks in the evening. In addition, there are numerous visitor parking spaces. Showers are also available in the building. Changing rooms are located directly in the pit.
